iStaq Loggers
Qonnectis provides a complete range of remote communicating data loggers for environmental sensor connectivity, combining high frequency and accuracy for data logging (typically half-hourly or daily, but resolution can go up to 1 minute). iStaq loggers for environmental monitoring are built to be rugged and to withstand the harsh environments of the field, including full water sealing to IP68 standard.


Logger variants:

iStaq-AL: The main logger for environmental monitoring, the iStaq-AL incorporates two analogue channels, which can be either loop or self-powered. The analogue sensor interface allows universal connectivity to the extremely wide range of 4mA-20mA analogue and environmental sensors and transmitters available from many third parties. The iStaq is a self-powered unit with a battery life of up to 10 years. Data logging frequency is typically 15-minute or half-hourly but can be fully configured down to 1 minute. Data send frequency is equally configurable, with applications typically sending data once a day via SMS, although direct data calls and telephone variants are available. Autaomated and programmable alerts functions mean users can be alerted by SMS or email as soon as environmental thresholds (eg. river levels or rainfall) are reached and triggered.

iStaq-ALG: This variant combines 4-channel pulse interfaces (eg. for meters) together with single-channel 4mA-20mA analogue interface for environmental sensors. By combining the two, applications such as pipe leakage monitoring can be delivered – measuring flow and fluctuations together with pipe pressure.
