myMeter Software
myMeter is Qonnectis’ Internet-based web software for accessing meter data and analysis. Qonnectis builds utility-branded versions of myMeter which are then accessed by water company staff and by end customers in a controlled and managed way.

Access is via www.mymeter.info or any domain name specified by our water company customers. By using standard web browsers, users find it easy to use and extremely accessible. The lack of PC-specific software also means easier distribution, no software license fee management, and central control of distribution and access. For example, a senior water company agent can set up security in a delegated manner so that their sub-ordinates can access only certain meters, and that end customers only have access to their own meters. In addition, the tabular form of myMeter means that functionality can be controlled – so that a utility operative has full access with sophisticated graphical tools, or an end customer only gets a view of their last meter read.
